The Occupied Home Staging Package begins with "Walk and Talk Consultations." This is a 90-minute on-site meeting where we will guide the homeowner through the home staging process step-by-step to make preparing your home to sell as stress-free as possible. This meeting can be done with or without the Realtor.

Since no two homes are the same, we approach Occupied Home Staging with a customized plan to fit your home’s needs. Our goal is to give each room in your home a makeover which results in a faster and more profitable sale.

Our expert home stagers come over and consult on how to maximize your home’s potential. We will discuss what to pack away, what can stay out, what to change, how to maximize space, etc. We also help you and your realtor decide on the perfect placement of your existing furniture, accessories, and artwork.

On staging day, we will use your existing accessories and furniture to create the model home look in at least six rooms in order to appeal to potential home buyers.

And if we can't complete the look we need with your existing personal furnishings, we offer accessory and furniture package add-ons to our clients who need to supplement items throughout their homes. We will create a customized staging package based on your home’s needs with easy and convenient terms.
